SSIS Integration Toolkit Spring 2016 Releases

OAKVILLE, May 5, 2016 - KingswaySoft Inc., a leading provider of data integration solutions, today announced the Spring 2016 release wave of their SSIS Integration Toolkit. With this new release, we have made one new product official, and all 18 individual products have been updated for better support for the latest SQL Server 2016 release candidate builds. Across the entire product line, we have removed the dependency of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 when SSIS 2012 or later is used. The release also includes many important enhancements and updates for each individual product.

    • We added a Query Designer in the SharePoint source component that can be used to design CAML query.
    • We added a new option to the SharePoint source component called "Remove ID Prefixes" which can be used to remove ID prefix from the values returned by SharePoint.

  • v5.1 of the SSIS Integration Toolkit for Salesforce
    • Our software has passed Salesforce security review, and we are now officially listed on AppExchange.
    • We now use KingswaySoft API token to make service calls to Salesforce. This should lower the minimum requirement of Salesforce editions for integration purpose.
    • We added a new option to the Salesforce connection manager called "InstanceType" which can help avoid hard-coded sandbox service URL.
    • We added a new option in Salesforce destination component, called 'Write batch files with UTF-8 encoding' (Thanks to Lasse for suggesting this feature).
    • We added a new option in Salesforce destination component, called 'Remove Invalid Characters'.
    • We added a new option in Salesforce destination component, called 'Ignore Null-Valued Fields'.
