SugarCRM data solutions are available through SSIS Integration Toolkit and JDBC Driver Pack. Integration Gateway Custom Webhooks can receive supported sugarcrm Event Webhook notifications.
The SugarCRM REST Connection Manager uses the SugarCRM Base URL and REST version together with a Client ID, Client Secret, username, password, and platform identifier. The client credentials are used to request a SugarCRM OAuth token for the named user.
The source and destination components work with supported SugarCRM modules and endpoints, including CRM records such as Accounts, Leads, Interactions, Quotes, Products, and Documents. Available fields, filters, actions, and batch settings depend on the selected module and endpoint.
The SugarCRM REST Source component can populate _LinkId fields that identify parent rows and connect them with related child outputs. The component offers different LinkId modes for hierarchical API responses.
The JDBC driver provides structured access to supported SugarCRM modules and records for Java applications, reporting tools, and ETL platforms.
The JDBC driver supports SELECT and applicable INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, or UPSERT operations where the selected SugarCRM module and underlying endpoint allow them.
