Addressing Java Integration Barrierss
Working with Outreach's APIs can present multiple challenges during development:
Java Database Connectivity Solutions
The JDBC Driver Pack transforms Outreach API data into structured,
queryable tables to simplify access and reduce manual coding effort.
Structured Engagement Access
Sequences, prospects, emails, and calls are surfaced as database-like tables for fast querying and analysis.
SQL-Like Query Support for Java
Use SQL-style syntax to interact with Outreach data directly in JDBC-supported tools and Java environments.
Automatic Schema Awareness
Custom fields and new metadata are automatically discovered and reflected in your data model without extra coding.
Built-In Performance Handling
Manages pagination, caching, and rate limits to ensure stable access during heavy workloads or large-scale syncs.
Benefits for Your Business
Drive Sales Productivity through Integration
Integrate Outreach data with CRMs, analytics, or marketing tools for complete sales visibility.
Enable Reporting Across Sequences and Teams
Track performance and engagement across sequences, tasks, and teams with your reporting tools.

FAQ – Outreach JDBC Driver
The JDBC driver supports OAuth authentication for secure connections to the Outreach API.
The API Throttling Rate setting limits the number of requests sent per second to prevent exceeding Outreach API rate limits. Setting this value to 0 disables throttling entirely.
The driver supports standard SQL operations including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE, which are automatically translated into Outreach API calls.
Proxy settings can be configured in three modes: No Proxy, Auto-detect (using system-configured proxy), or Manual, where you specify server host, port, username, and password.
When the 'Retry on Intermittent Errors' option is enabled, failed requests due to temporary connectivity issues will be retried up to three times automatically.
Yes. You can improve performance for large write operations by adjusting the 'Concurrent Writing Threads' option to use multiple threads. Note that WriteBatchSize must remain at 1, as Outreach does not support batch writing.
