The KingswaySoft JDBC Driver for Odoo allows Java applications and JDBC-compatible tools to work with supported Odoo data using familiar SQL syntax through a standard JDBC interface. This includes resources such as CRM, calendar, account, and other supported Odoo data.
The driver supports both REST and RPC API instance types. Connections can be configured with the Odoo instance Base URL, User ID, and Database Name.
The driver supports API Key authentication. The API key is used together with the configured User ID and Odoo instance information to establish the connection.
The driver supports SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations for supported Odoo resources using standard JDBC classes such as Statement and PreparedStatement. SELECT operations also support operators such as LIKE, ILIKE, IN, NOT IN, and null comparisons.
Yes. The driver supports standard JDBC DatabaseMetaData methods such as getTables, getColumns, and getPrimaryKeys to discover available tables, columns, and primary keys. Write-only structures can also be identified through the system tables.
