SSIS Integration Toolkit - Ultimate Edition allows you to install and use any of our SSIS Integration Toolkit products under a single commercial license key, offering a much more simplified licensing model. For each licensed integration server, you will have the ability to install any SSIS Integration Toolkit product on one server without incurring any additional costs. Your use of the license will also include any new products that may be released in the future (as long as your software maintenance allows for it).
Single Server Licenses
Solution is deployed to a SQL Server that is on-premises, or on a Virtual Machine, either on-premises or on the cloud, with a full SQL Server installation. These licenses will not work on Azure-SSIS IR and do not include a SQL Server license.
Subscription License
for SSIS Integration Toolkit Ultimate Edition
- Commercial subscription license for one single server.
- License works for the entire subscription period with maintenance & upgrade included (subject to the terms and conditions in our EULA); will stop working if not renewed.
- Works on one SSIS server for attended or unattended job executions (SQL Agent Job, dtexec command line, etc.).
- Supports all KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit and SSIS Productivity Pack products.
- Supports up to 8 distinct connections per connection type for each licensed server (connections are metered per connection type and are automatically reset every 24 hours).
- No other restrictions on software features or the number of users, processors, etc.
- Multi-year subscription is also available.

Legacy Single Server Perpetual License
for SSIS Integration Toolkit Ultimate Edition

- For your existing license, maintenance renewal is available. You can either login to the portal to find the renewal option there, or otherwise you may reach out to us for a formal renewal quotation.
Azure-SSIS IR Licenses
Solution is deployed to Azure-SSIS Integration Runtime (IR). Requires a subscription to Azure-SSIS IR, this subscription is not included with our license.
Azure-SSIS IR Subscription License
for SSIS Integration Toolkit Ultimate Edition
- Commercial subscription license for one Azure cloud instance (Azure-SSIS IR).
- License works for the entire subscription period with maintenance & upgrade included (subject to the terms and conditions in our EULA); will stop working if not renewed.
- License is for the exclusive use of Azure SSIS-IR instances, by executing SSIS packages within Azure Data Factory (ADF v2 or above) or Azure SQL Server managed instance.
- License is tied to the IR instance ID once activated, and cannot be moved to a different IR instance due to the technical constraints on Azure SSIS-IR.
- License does not work for on-premises servers, including VMs on the cloud.
- Supports all KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit and SSIS Productivity Pack products.
- Supports up to 8 distinct connections per connection type for each licensed IR instance (connections are metered per connection type and are automatically reset every 24 hours).
- Support up to one (1) Instance Unit (or 2 instance nodes). For licensing option where more instance nodes are used, please reach out to us.

We use Stripe as our primary payment processor, Stripe is PCI compliant and your credit card information is never transmitted to our server, nor is it stored anywhere in our system. If you are unable to make an online purchase through our shopping cart system, please feel free to contact us for alternative payment options. We accept mailed check, money order, or wire transfer.
Once you have placed the order through our shopping cart system, you will receive an email with the product license key within 24 hours (usually within a couple of hours). Your software can be activated using the license key.
Note: The license key email from KingswaySoft may sometimes get routed to your email's spam folder, so please check there if you have not received it within 24 hours. In case you still cannot find it there, please contact us and we will send it again. As an option to prevent our emails ending up in your spam folder, consider adding the @kingswaysoft.com domain to your Safe Sender list.
