Overview

Powercademy is a Microsoft-focused training and learning platform founded by Howdang Rashid, a Microsoft MVP and solution architect. Through its close connection to integration-driven client engagements, Powercademy is associated with projects that depend on accurate and reliable data movement across systems, particularly within Dynamics 365 (Dataverse), Business Central, and the Power Platform.

Many of these projects involve significant data volumes and integration logic that must remain transparent and easy to maintain over time. To support these requirements, Powercademy applies an SSIS-based integration approach using KingswaySoft components, enabling stable data movement with the visibility and control required for long-term reliability.

The Challenge

One of the primary challenges was establishing a dependable integration between Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) and Business Central while ensuring data accuracy across both systems. The project involved large datasets, and it became clear early on that out-of-the-box tools such as Power Automate were not suitable for handling larger migrations or more advanced integration logic at scale.

As data volume and complexity increased, limitations around performance, transparency, and troubleshooting became more apparent. A solution was required that could process high record volumes while providing clear visibility into data movement, validation, and errors, allowing integrations to be refined over time.
