This release focuses on both the SSIS Integration Toolkit and JDBC Driver Pack product lines, bringing a total of 296 new components, enhancements, and improved connectivity, ensuring organizations can integrate and manage their data more efficiently. In addition to enhancements to our SSIS Integration Toolkit, we continue to refine our JDBC Driver Pack, optimizing licensing and expanding connectivity options to support a broader range of enterprise data sources.

SSIS Productivity Pack

This release brings new components and numerous improvements to our SSIS Productivity Pack for enhanced functionality, security, and usability.

  • OneLake support is newly introduced to provide direct access to Microsoft’s cloud storage platform.
  • Databricks is a new addition that enables scalable processing and advanced analytics.
  • PrestoDB is now supported to allow distributed SQL queries across various data sources.
  • We have added 6 new services in our REST framework to provide both reading and writing through API service calls: Azure Maps, Google AppSheet, Google Cloud Trace, Azure Databricks AdministrationZoho Campaigns, and Zoho Bigin.
  • We have made numerous enhancements to our HTTP technology stack, including adding support for new authentication options, new algorithms, JWT, PKCE support, and many more.
  • We have added support for output parameters, to various database components that support custom SQL command including SQL Command tasks, Source and Destination components for ADO.NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, RedShift, AlloyDB, and many more database services.
  • We have added a new Upsert Mode option for various db related destination components so that you can specifically tailor the Upsert operation behavior when writing to ADO.NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, RedShift, AlloyDB, and many more database services.
  • We have updated application metadata for many existing REST services.

Among the above-mentioned, we would like to highlight the following:

SSIS Microsoft OneLake

OneLake: Added support for integrating with Microsoft OneLake, enabling direct access to cloud-based data storage. This allows for seamless data exchange within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

SSIS Databricks

Databricks: Introduces expanded integration for big data processing and analytics. This enhancement provides better workflow management for handling large datasets and running AI and machine learning workloads efficiently.

SSIS PrestoDB

PrestoDB: Supports distributed SQL query execution, allowing users to run complex queries across multiple data sources with improved performance. This addition enhances support for big data analysis and scalable query processing.

The SSIS Integration Toolkits for Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and SAP have been updated to deliver improved functionality, enhanced compatibility, and refined support across supported platforms:

What's New - SSIS Integration Toolkit for Salesforce
The Salesforce toolkit now comes with Premium Service Lookup component, which can be used to lookup Salesforce records within the SSIS ETL process. In addition, we have added some new authentication options, including the support of Password authentication flow, and PKCE option when generating access token via the authorization code flow.

What's New - SSIS Integration Toolkit for SharePoint
The Connection Manager now supports PKCE OAuth authorization code flow, enhancing the security of the token generation process. We have also resolved an important issue when uploading a significantly large file using the Premium File Transfer Task. 

SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365

What's New - SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365
We have added a full suite of Dataverse components that provide a more consistent experience across Dynamics 365 environments. We have also added new authentication options to the Dynamics AX (F&O) and Dynamics NAV (Business Central) connection managers. We now support Azure Managed Identity in our CRM/CDS/Dataverse connection manager. CDS/CRM Destination now supports Delete actions using Alternate Key or Manual matching, along with Custom API execution through ExecuteWorkflowAction. We added support for Import Package API in the AX Destination component which can be used to perform large quantity data loads to Dynamics 365 F&O environments. In addition, we now support the Premium Service Lookup component for Dynamics 365 F&O connection manager, which makes an efficient solution for instant lookup within an ETL process.

SSIS Integration Toolkit for NetSuite

What's New - SSIS Integration Toolkit for NetSuite
We have added support for REST API in our NetSuite toolkit, and in addition, we have updated our SOAP implementation to the latest NetSuite API version 2024_2. The Destination component includes List Mapping for dynamic list value handling. We have also significantly simplified metadata discovery for NetSuite connections, you now don't have to pull data from your NetSuite instance in order to retrieve and detect custom fields in the system.

SSIS Integration Toolkit for SAP

What's New - SSIS Integration Toolkit for SAP
SAP Connection Manager now includes SAP Router support in the Advanced Page, improving secure and flexible connectivity options for SAP environments.

Expanded JDBC Driver Pack Connectivity

With this release, we are expanding the JDBC Driver Pack by including additional connectivity options for various enterprise applications. Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, which were previously supported, are now officially part of the JDBC Driver Pack. In addition, we have consolidated the product offering to make it a solution that ships under one single package utilizing one license, which makes it not only simplified but also cost-effective.
