We are local to you, but we have a global reach to clients in nearly 90 countries, including Fortune-500 enterprise clients. Key Objectives and Responsibilities

The main objective of the Client Services team is to maintain a positive relationship with clients from nearly 75 countries by providing a world-class client services experience. This role will serve as KingswaySoft's main contact points with our clients and partners. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage client relationships to increase adoption, ensure retention, and increase satisfaction
  • Provide client service and support to current and prospective clients through email, phone and remote meetings.
  • Process client inquiries or requests, including quotes, invoices, and software licensing related requests
  • Delivery of sales presentations and software demos
  • Constantly increase your client service skills , understanding of our software and industry knowledge appropriate for your position
  • Share client success stories through case studies, blog posts, and internal communication
  • Work closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting
  • Train new staff as needed.
  • Some travel may be required

What would make you successful here

To take on a role within the Client Services team at KingswaySoft, you must have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of previous software sales, account management, customer success or relevant experience in the technology industry
  • Experience in using a CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or any other software in the same nature).
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Strong communication skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence others
  • Attention to details and ability to multitask
  • A self-motivated personality with a positive attitude
  • Creative, and friendly personality
  • You MUST have some IT software industry experience or have a strong interest in learning and working with complex enterprise software (we provide the necessary onboarding training), and you must be comfortable taking client inquiries over the phone or through emails, which can often involve technical terminologies.
