The Opportunity

KingswaySoft creates and provides data integration software that is used by many enterprise clients around the world including many Fortune-500 clients. As our team grows, we are looking for a mature and intelligent Client Services Manager to join us who can lead the initiatives that bring our client services experience to the next level, and further enforce our commitments to our client's success in using our software for their day-to-day integration needs.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

The main objective of the Client Services Manager is to maintain a positive relationship with clients from nearly 75 countries by providing a world-class client services experience. This role will serve as KingswaySoft's main contact points with our clients and partners. Main responsibilities include:

  • Develop a high-performance culture within the team through performance management as well as coaching, mentoring and monitoring
  • Facilitate, monitor and manage client communications through email, phone, remote meetings, and potentially on-site meetings
  • Develop and establish a client communication framework that sets a consistent and professional tone with different client scenarios
  • Further develop and implement business and operational processes and plans that foster positive customer relationships and ensure exceeded client satisfactions
  • Provide clear direction to staff to define and/or clarify all roles, goals, and expectations
  • Process client inquiries or requests, including quotes, invoices, and software licensing related requests
  • Manage client relationships, addressing non-technical client concerns
  • Deliver product presentations that showcase our software solutions with or without the presence of our technical team
  • Be responsible for ongoing process improvement
  • Participate in and lead business development initiatives, including RFPs, trade shows (mostly US and possibly Europe in the future) as needed
  • Assist with the company's other marketing activities as required

What would make you successful here

To take on the role of Client Services Manager at KingswaySoft, you must have:

  • At least 3 years’ client services management experience
  • University or post-secondary education
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Strong computer skills
