Fall 2015 Release - SSIS Integration Toolkit

OAKVILLE, September 15, 2015 - KingswaySoft Inc., a leading provider of data integration solutions, today announced the Fall 2015 updates for the SSIS Integration Toolkit and the official release of the SSIS Integration Toolkit for HubSpot and SSIS Integration Toolkit for Dynamics Marketing.

The Fall 2015 updates feature significant performance enhancements and new features for many of the SSIS Integration Toolkit products. You will find major improvements to our Directory Services, SharePointOracle CRM On Demand, and Parature toolkits and minor enhancements for our Microsoft Dynamics AXMicrosoft Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce toolkits.

Version 2.0 of the SSIS Integration Toolkit for Directory Serives

  • New: Custom fields can be added to Active Directory source and destination component using Add button in their editor windows.
  • New: We added field filtering capabilities in Active Directory source component's Editor window.
  • New: We added a new option in Active Directory connection manager called Context Binding which allows you to specify the context binding options when authenticating with Window Active Directory.
  • Fixed: Active Directory source component is not able to show up, and it reports an error indicating that it could not load file or assembly 'FastColoredTextBox'.
  • Fixed: Active Directory destination component fails to save NULL values for some Active Directory attributes by reporting an error saying "Value cannot be null".
  • Enhancement: The license manager program now works in the system that has FIPS compliance policy enabled.
  • Enhancement: Some minor UI adjustments including positioning UI windows in the center of parent screens upon initialization.
  • Enhancement: Some performance improvements

Version 2.0 of the SSIS Integration Toolkit for Oracle CRM On Demand

  • New: We added support for child objects.
  • New: Added support for DeleteItem service API.
  • Enhancement: The license manager program now works in the system that has FIPS compliance policy enabled.
  • Enhancement: Some minor UI adjustments including positioning UI windows in the center of parent screens upon initialization.
  • Breaking Change: Decreased the default length of text field from 4000 to 255 to avoid potential errors you may receive when reading from a large number of columns in the Source Component.

Version 2.0 of the SSIS Integration Toolkit for Parature

  • New: A new action is added to Parature destination component which can be used to run Parature actions.
  • New: Parature source component now supports reading from custom fields
  • New: Parature source component now supports using SSIS variables in Filter Parameters.
  • New: Parature source and destination components now show custom field's IDs in the Columns page.
  • Enhancement: Implicit text lookup support for additional fields - Customer and Eula
  • Enhancement: The license manager program now works in the system that has FIPS compliance policy enabled.
  • Enhancement: Some minor UI adjustments including positioning UI windows in the center of parent screens upon initialization.

Version 3.0 of the SSIS Integration Toolkit for SharePoint

  • New: We added support of folder structure for SharePoint lists.
  • New: CreateFolder action now works for SharePoint list as well.
  • New: We added a new virtual field call Virtual_LocalRelativePath to both SharePoint source and destination components, which can significantly simplify data migration or synchronization between SharePoint lists or document libraries.
  • New: When Update or Delete action is used in SharePoint destination component, the ID field now supports using Text Lookup feature.
  • Update: SharePoint source component and destination component now save SourceList and DestinationList properties in plain text format of the list name, instead of a complex serialized XML in previous versions, as the XML format includes the list's ID in GUID format, which can cause some difficulties when promoting SSIS packages across environments.
  • Enhancement: Better support for SharePoint online authentication.
  • Enhancement: The license manager program now works in the system that has FIPS compliance policy enabled.
  • Enhancement: Some minor UI adjustments including positioning UI windows in the center of parent screens upon initialization.
  • Enhancement: Some significant re-engineering for better performance and robustness.
