The HTTP components are SSIS components that can be used to send a series of HTTP requests and process their responses.

With HTTP components, developers can select between five HTTP methods when sending HTTP requests: GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, and, PATCH.

The HTTP components, part of the SSIS Productivity Pack, are commonly used to download files.

Our HTTP Connection Manager supports several new authentication modes including AWS Signature (Amazon Signature Version 4 and Signature Version 2), Kerboros, JWT and Custom Token. Custom Tokens work by making a web request to retrieve an authorization token using a CURL command from a file, then extract the token from the web service response.
